If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Inspection Check

  Ensure the hair extensions have not been removed from the cardboard backing or the hygiene seal broken.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
